Test Valley Borough Council is committed to minimising its impact on the environment.
Portway Depot is home to the Council’s fleet of waste collection vehicles, vehicle servicing garage and team of environmental officers. The council want 80% of electricity to be generated by solar power in a Council drive to become more energy efficient.
